The 195-page method we built to turn what we know into paying clients: build something worth a stranger's trust, prove it, then put it to work. Nineteen pieces, in order, across three parts, our own numbers attached, and the places it went wrong for us. If your arithmetic does not carry, Piece 15 says so tonight — on one figure you already know.

Every vendor on earth sells reach, because reach is the only column a vendor can sell. It was never what was missing. What survived years of testing on our own money: write a book good enough to charge for, sell it so it actually gets read, and put one clear way to reach out behind it.
Ryan Richardson — founder of Sixty Steps and the engineering companies behind it. CTO-led, fifteen years in the game, multi-million-dollar enterprise projects. Which is why the method is arithmetic rather than advice, and why every claim either carries a number or is marked as reasoning.
We spent twenty years being genuinely good at something — and invisible for it. We sat across the table from a lot of agencies. All of them wanted the money; none could deliver end to end, because none of them realised how hard it is to sell work at this level. So we pointed our own measurement discipline at our own marketing, and built real software.

09QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BOOK
Why is it seven dollars? What is the catch?
The seven dollars is not revenue — it is the completion mechanism. Free gets downloaded and filed; paid gets finished, and an unread book clears nothing. The catch, stated plainly: if the method fits you, we would like the conversation afterwards. That is the whole model, and it is also chapter one.
What if my arithmetic does not carry?
Then Piece 15 says no, tonight, on one figure you already know — and you have saved yourself a year and kept a book that told you the truth. The disqualification is not a failure of the method. It is the method working.
If you publish the whole method, why would anyone hire you?
Because reading nineteen pieces and running them are different jobs. The ones who hire us are buying the hours and the reps, not a secret. Most readers should run it themselves — the book is written so they can.
Is anything held back for the engagement?
No. These are the same nineteen pieces we run for clients who pay us to run them. If the book felt like a brochure for the real thing, the argument on this page would collapse — so it is all in there, including the parts that went wrong.
How long have you actually been doing this?
Fifteen years in data and analytics, six of them running my own firm — a decade of it standing between executives and engineering teams inside mining companies, banks and government. This book's own funnel numbers are published inside it too, including where it did not work.
Who wrote it?
Ryan Richardson, of Onwards Analytics. The book documents the offer, positioning, creative and measurement work the firm runs itself. Measurements are distinguished from judgement throughout.
THE LAST WORD
It does not have to stay that way. What seven dollars buys, if your arithmetic carries, is three things: a number you built from your own settled cash instead of a platform grading its own work, a kill rule that ends a bad test before it costs you, and a ledger someone else could read and get the same answer from.
Nothing on this page expires and the price does not move. The only thing waiting costs you is another quarter of the same.
