THE 30-DAY BUYER BLOCK
100 people who paid for a product, answered your one qualifying question and asked to hear from you. First ones inside 24 hours of signing. Charged each Friday for what arrived that week, nothing for the ads. Complete by day 30 or the charges stop. We can afford these terms because we build the product and the funnel ourselves in days and count results in the bank, not the dashboard.
Apply for a blockInside 24 hours of signing: the qualifying question and consent line go live on our existing front-end funnels. The first leads can start arriving immediately.
By day 7: the niche front-end product and funnel built for you are live. We write it, a short book, a short course or a tool for your exact buyer, and run it on our brand and ad account. It is yours: files and rights hand over at day 30, or when you stop, whichever comes first, in whatever version is working at the time.
By day 30: the block is complete.
Ownership applies to both ways to pay: the front-end product is yours at day 30 or when you stop, whichever comes first.
One block in build at a time. The next slot opens when this one delivers. One client per niche.
Answer one qualifying question. Put a card on file. Receive a CSV every Friday.
Every Friday, the CSV arrives with one line: buyers delivered, any replaced, the booked-call rate against your baseline, and the ad spend we carried.
Your niche. You tell me what you sell at the back end and what it's worth. I build a small front-end product in your niche: a $27 to $47 purchase, not a free opt-in.
I run the funnel. My ad account, my brand, my ad spend. A stranger pays for the product, which means they're already a buyer, not a browser.
You get the buyer. Name, verified email, phone where collected, an answer to your qualifying question, and explicit consent to be introduced to you. 100 of them per block.
The rule: 80% of your current cost per sign-up, per delivered buyer. Never below A$50 a buyer on pay-on-delivery; A$5,000 minimum if you prepay.
Your cost per sign-up x 80% = your price per buyer
Whatever you pay for an email sign-up today, each delivered buyer is 80% of that, charged on the Friday it arrives. Prepay the block instead and you get 110 buyers for the same per-buyer price, A$5,000 minimum. You bring the evidence of your current cost (a screenshot or export from your own ad account); the price follows the rule, it isn't negotiated down from a number I pick.
A person who paid for a product, gave verified contact details, answered your one qualifying question, and consented to be introduced. In full, a buyer-lead paid for a small front-end product I run in your niche, who provided:
A paid customer of a real product, not a form fill or a quiz click, handed to you with their permission already given.
Ownership: the product is yours. Files and rights for the front-end book, course or tool built for your buyer hand over at day 30, or at the point you stop, whichever comes first, in whatever version is working at the time.
Attribute floor: any lead missing one of the above is replaced within 7 days.
100 leads inside 30 days, pay as they arrive. If the block does not complete, charges stop and nothing is owed for buyers that did not arrive; if you prepaid, the undelivered balance is refunded in full. A lead you dispute (wrong niche, no real consent, answer doesn't match your question) is replaced within 7 days. You take no media risk: you pay for delivered buyer-leads, never for ad spend.
Your own niche funnel needs 7 to 10 days to prove. Day-one leads come from our existing funnels through your qualifying question. The product written for your buyer, its ad creative and its first week of spend are what prove whether your niche funnel converts, and that takes 7 to 10 days. Until then volume is whatever the existing funnels produce for your question.
Lead volume can run slower than 30 days. Ad performance is never guaranteed in advance. If 100 leads don't land inside the window, charges stop and nothing is owed for the buyers that didn't arrive; if you prepaid, the undelivered balance is refunded. You're never left paying for a partial block with no remedy, but you also aren't guaranteed a fixed delivery date.
Leads are sold exclusively to one client per niche at a time. I run one buyer-lead funnel per niche and sell its leads to one client only, for as long as that client holds the block. A second client in your niche is not taken on while you're live.
Evidence of experience, not a promise
Onwards Labs, 2026: one campaign produced 56 purchases from A$1,946 of ad spend (confirmed against Meta account insights).
On a live ad set of my own, the ad platform reported a 0.06 return. The bank settlement on the same set, same three days, read 1.55.

No client has used this offer yet. The terms above are the whole deal. These numbers are my own track record, not a result from this offer.
The ad account, the checkout and the pixel are the running infrastructure, and that stays with me. The front-end product itself, the short book, course or tool written for your buyer, is yours: files and rights hand over at day 30, or when you stop, whichever comes first, in whatever version is working at the time.
If 100 leads don't land inside 30 days, charges stop and nothing is owed for what wasn't delivered; if you prepaid, that balance is refunded in full. You aren't left paying for a partial block with no remedy, but a fixed delivery date inside the window also isn't guaranteed.
Every buyer-lead gave explicit consent at checkout to be introduced to you, and read who you are and what you offer before they agreed to it. You get their name, verified email and consent record with the lead.
Yes, within your niche. I sell one niche's leads to one client at a time, for as long as that client holds the block. A second client in your niche is not taken on while you're live.
In phases. Inside 24 hours of signing, your qualifying question and consent line go live on our existing front-end funnels, so the first buyers can arrive on day one. The product written for your buyer, and its own funnel, take 7 to 10 days to build and prove: the product itself, your 48-hour creative approval, and the first week of spend. Volume ramps once that funnel is live.
Your current cost per sign-up (an export or screenshot, not an estimate), your niche in one line, your back-end offer and price, where to send leads, and a 48-hour window to approve ad creative before it runs.
Takes two minutes. If it fits, you'll hear from me within one business day with two times for a 20-minute call.
